About Emma
Emma found her way to the healing arts through her own journey of self-discovery and personal growth. After years of feeling disconnected from herself and experiencing a gnawing sense of anxiety and emptiness, in her mid-twenties Emma found her way to San Francisco where she discovered the practice of yoga and began seeing a therapist for the first time in her life. Her relationship with these two practices engendered an enormous shift within herself—supporting her in reconnecting to a more embodied, present, grounded, and expressive self.
Through these experiences, Emma decided to pursue a Masters in Integral Counseling at the California Institute of Integral Studies and a 200-hour yoga teacher training in order to be able to support others on their healing paths. As a lifelong musician, Emma also began integrating sound healing into her offerings as another pathway on the journey towards greater wholeness, aliveness, and connection to self.
Currently, Emma is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT# 123356), yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner in the Bay Area. Emma is passionate about creating spaces and offerings that support clients and students in coming into more intimate, compassionate, and curious connection with their mind, body, heart, and spirit.
