Rebecca Schneider
Holistic, Heart-centered, Jungian-Oriented LMFT Therapist

Hello! I hold therapy as a place where my clients can create a spacious and rich dialogue with their inner world to heal, shape and inspire their lives. Our suffering is worthy of our time, our curiosity and our compassionate attention. My work is informed by my background and study of jungian depth therapy, relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and somatic based healing modalities.

About Rebecca
Rebecca creates a therapy space that is open, non-judgmental, and intended to help her clients come into contact with the complex and challenging aspects of life. Through her process, you will begin to know yourself more honestly and intimately in order to live a deeply meaningful life with clear intention and heart-aligned purpose.
Rebecca knows that a trusted therapeutic relationship can be the space to risk facing childhood wounds, move beyond limiting unconscious patterns and tend to the painful symptoms that often get left behind after difficult life experiences. In-depth psychotherapy offers the consistency, containment, and time for the process of personal transformation to unfold. Rebecca collaborates with her clients in an empathetic, compassionate, and creative way utilizing techniques such as talk therapy, dream exploration, journaling, mindfulness practices, working with the soma, as well as various other techniques that help explore one’s life and one’s self and create new meaning along the way.
Becca is especially equipped to help guide spiritual seekers, intuitive, empaths, creatives, highly sensitive people, and introverts. She specializes in complex trauma, childhood attachment trauma, as well as caring for female-identifying folks who wish to explore more deeply the feminine wound and the impact of patriarchy on the psyche. As a therapist, she brings an integrative framework into the process using a holistic approach to healing unifying body, heart, and mind.
